路面石油沥青呈弱酸性,与酸性石料互相排斥从而削弱相互间的粘附力。为了改善两者间的粘附力,最终研究出沥青抗剥落剂来解决这个问题。
The surface asphalt is weakly acidic and repels each other from
acidic stone, thus weakening the adhesive force between them. In order
to improve the adhesion between them, asphalt anti stripping agent was
developed to solve the problem.
沥青抗剥落剂作为石料的粘结剂,被人们大范围的使用。掺进抗剥落剂仅使路面层的总造增加5%,但寿命可以提高50%至150%,而维修一次同面积的沥青混凝土路面,单位成本高出新建路面的80%-200%,可见添加剥落剂后的建设、养护合计的单位成本分别下降30%-55%
Asphalt anti stripping agent as a binder for stone, has been widely
used. Adding antistripping agent only total surface layer increased by
5%, but the service life can be increased by 50% to 150%, and the
maintenance of a same area of asphalt concrete pavement, high unit cost a

一般抗剥落剂的用量为沥青重量的0.2-0.5%,推荐用量0.35%-0.4%。使用方法:可直接加入热沥青中(普通沥青温度应不小于130℃,改性沥青温度应不小于160℃),用搅拌装置搅拌均匀,或者用循环泵循环2次以上。
The amount of general anti stripping agent is 0.2-0.5% of asphalt
weight, and the recommended dosage is 0.35%-0.4%. Usage: it can be added
directly to hot asphalt (ordinary asphalt temperature should be not
less than 130 degrees, modified asphalt temperature should be not less
than 160 degrees), mixing with mixing device, or circulating pump more
than 2 times.
