改善沥青混合料水稳定性的措施
纵观国内外现有的研究成果,改善沥青混合料水稳定性的措施主要有添加化学性抗剥落剂、添加消石灰、石灰水处理粗集料等,在实际应用中也取得了一系列成果。但上述提高沥青混合料水稳定性的措施在试验分析以及实际应用过程中,仅限于对新拌或短期老化后沥青混合料的水稳定性做出评判,并不能反应混合料在实际使用中经长期老化后的混合料的水稳定性。鉴于此,本文结合国外SHAP计划模拟沥青混合料在服务年限内老化的方法,通过试验分析,评价不同改善措施的长期性能并对其进行优选。
Throughout the existing research results at home and abroad, the main measures to improve the water stability of asphalt mixture are adding chemical anti-stripping agent, adding lime, lime water treatment coarse aggregate and so on, and a series of results have been achieved in practical application. However, the above measures to improve the water stability of asphalt mixture in the experimental analysis and practical application process, is limited to the fresh or short-term aging asphalt mixture of water stability evaluation, can not reflect the mixture in actual use after long-term aging of water stability. In view of this, combined with the foreign SHAP program to simulate the aging of asphalt mixture in service life, the long-term performance of different improvement measures is evaluated and optimized through experimental analysis.
