抗剥落剂在使用中会有哪些问题?
由于抗剥落剂具有低剂量、高效能、易添加的优点,而且在加入到沥青后能和沥青很好地相熔,并均匀地分布到沥青混合料中,所以成为了公路建设者用来改善沥青路面的首要选择;但是在使用过程中还会存在一些问题,是什么问题呢?

1、的质量检验:随着抗剥落剂的普遍应用,各种产品涌向市场,其中也掺杂着很多不合格的产品,所以在选择时,一定要严格把好质量检测关。

2、抗剥落剂的试验方法:水煮法试验结果仅是评价沥青和粗集料粘附性的定性指标,残留稳定度指标也存在一定局限。所以,建议建设单位集中检验,对掺加抗剥落剂的沥青混合料提出冻融劈裂强度比要求,并得出相应残留稳定度指标,供施工单位校验,所以不能仅凭水煮法试验结果选择抗剥落剂。
2. Test method of anti-stripping agent: The result of boiling test is only a qualitative index to evaluate the adhesion between asphalt and coarse aggregate, and the index of residual stability has some limitations. 3、抗剥落剂的最佳用量:要最大程度发挥抗剥落剂的作用,同时还应避免因高分子类抗剥落剂用量过大造成混合料性能的降低,应通过严格试验确定用量。 事实上,用量在0.3%以下时,水煮法试验结果也可以达到规范中对粘附性的要求,但是水稳性试验结果不一定满足符合规范规定,所以抗剥落剂的用量不应小于0.3%,但也不能过高。
