沥青抗剥落剂的粘附性如何确定?
为了检验抗剥落剂的耐热性,选取比较有代表性的胺类与非胺类抗剥落剂各1种,分别将其加入到A级克拉玛依沥青中,剂量为沥青的0.4%,在163℃下的薄膜烘箱中老化5个小时,然后与不同的岩性的碎石进行粘附性试验,将试验结果与未进行老化的试验结果进行对比。
In order to test the heat resistance of anti-stripping agent, one representative amine and one non-amine anti-stripping agent were selected and added to A-grade Karamay asphalt at 0.4% of the dosage of asphalt, aged for 5 hours in a thin film oven at 163 C. Then the adhesion test was carried out with different lithological crushed stones, and the test was bonded. The results were compared with those of non-ageing test.
试验结果表明,在沥青中加入非胺类抗剥落剂,可以明显改善沥青与石料尤其是酸性石料(花岗岩)的粘附性,而且在薄膜烘箱老化后,其粘附性等级不降低,而使用胺类抗剥落剂虽然在老化前对各种石料的 粘附性也能有明显改善,然而在热老化后其效果大大降低,尤其是酸性岩石,花岗岩与沥青粘附性等级在老化前为Ⅴ级,老化后降低到Ⅲ级,表明其热稳定性明显不足,而非胺类抗剥落剂的耐热性是优良的。
The test results show that the adhesion of asphalt to stone, especially acid stone (granite), can be improved obviously by adding non-amine anti-stripping agent to asphalt, and the adhesion grade does not decrease after aging in film oven, while the adhesion of various stone can be improved obviously by using amine anti-stripping agent before aging. Good, but its effect is greatly reduced after thermal aging, especially for acid rocks. The adhesion grade of granite and asphalt is V before aging and III after aging, which indicates that its thermal stability is obviously insufficient, and the thermal resistance of non-amine anti-stripping agents is excellent.
