高分子类抗剥落剂是目前国内外用来提高沥青混合料水稳定性的主要改性剂。我国20世纪80年代中期开始修建高速等级公路，使用的抗剥落剂主要是进口产品，直到90年代初研制出了国产产品以后，才取代了进口产品，大量使用在中、酸性石料修建的高等级公路路面中。
