1、沥青抗剥落剂在掺量0.3%的情况下，石料与沥青粘附性应该由3级提高至5级，成份为非胺类，质量要完全达到《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》（JTG F40-2004）的标准。

2、在水中，沥青抗剥落剂应该具有不溶解，不乳化、不水解的特点；在高温度下，也应具有不分解，也不失效的性质，并且要与基质沥青具有良好的相溶性。

3、沥青抗剥落剂应具备无毒无刺激，使用中以及使用后都不会造成环境污染和人体伤害。而且能同时适用于酸、碱两种石料。
