| 通风管道在安装时应注意哪些事项： What precautions should be taken when installing ventilation ducts (1)当风管与风机连接时，应在进出风口处加软接头，其软接头的断面尺寸应与风机进出风口一致。软管接头一般可采用帆布、人造革等材料，软管长度不宜小于200，松紧度应适宜，柔性软管可缓 冲风机的振动。 (1) When the air duct is connected to the fan, a soft joint should be added at the inlet and outlet, and the cross-sectional size of the soft joint should be consistent with the inlet and outlet of the fan. The hose joint can generally be made of materials such as canvas or artificial leather. The length of the hose should not be less than 200, and the tightness should be appropriate. The flexible hose can buffer the vibration of the fan. (2)当风道与除尘设备、加热设备等连接前，应待设备安装完毕后，按实际测绘的图纸进行预制和安装。 (2) Before connecting the air duct to dust removal equipment, heating equipment, etc., prefabrication and installation should be carried out according to the actual mapping drawings after the equipment installation is completed. (3)风道安装时，进、出风日宜在风道预制时开出洞口，如需在安装完毕的风道上现开风口，其接口处应严密。 (3) When installing the air duct, it is advisable to open openings during the prefabrication of the air duct during the intake and outlet days. If it is necessary to open openings on the installed air duct, the interface should be tight. (4)当输送含凝结水或含湿量较大的气体时，其水平管道宜设有坡度，并在低点处接排水管。安装时风道底部不宜出现纵向接缝，对底部有接缝处应进行密封处理。 (4) When transporting gas containing condensed water or high moisture content, the horizontal pipeline should have a slope and be connected to a drainage pipe at the low point. During installation, longitudinal joints should not appear at the bottom of the air duct, and sealing treatment should be carried out on the joints at the bottom. (6)当水平风道高度在4m以上时，安装人员应系安全带。脚手架或移动式支架上的跳板应固定好，跳板宽度应符合安全规范，在脚手架上的安装人员宜携工具袋，防止工具或电钻等物坠落伤人。 (6) When the height of the horizontal air duct is above 4m, the installation personnel should wear safety belts. The springboard on the scaffold or mobile bracket should be fixed, and the width of the springboard should comply with safety regulations. The installation personnel on the scaffold should carry tool bags to prevent tools or electric drills from falling and injuring people. |
